Abstract

Pertanian organik merupakan salah satu sistem pertanian yang berkelanjutan. Tujuan dalan pertanian organik berupa peningkatan kualitas produksi dan produktivitas, kemandirian petani serta menghasilkan pangan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat efisiensi teknis; menganalisis tingkat efisiensi teknis dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap inefisiensi teknis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap effisiensi teknis berupa luas lahan, benih, pupuk kandang dan pestisida organik. Rata-rata tingkat efisiensi teknis didaerah tersebut sebesar sembilan puluh tiga koma tiga persen. Sementara itu faktor yang berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat inefisiensi teknis berupa umur dan jumlah keluarga.
